Singeing Machine :
Used for burning the protuding fibre of fabrics with help
of gas burner.
Thermopac :
Used for heating the thermic fluid oil and circulated to
different machines for heating purpose.
Double/ Single Folding Machine :
Used for folding and measuring the length of fabrics before
and after processing.
JT-10 Machine :
Used for seawing and washing purpose to the fabrics during
processing.
Zero-Zero Machine :
To provide extra smoothness and shining and bulkness in
P/d fabrics through steam and section rubber belt.
Rotary Machine:
This machinary is used after chemical finishing to import
glaze and luster in the fabrics.
Zero-Zero Range :
It is used for improving the soft handle and luster in the
fabrics after the chemical finishing.
Quality Control
- We use to check
quality of raw material (Color and Chemical) being used
for processing of the fabric.
- The grey fabric is checked and after that the norms
are fixed for processing for that particular fabric.
- The finish product is checked after complete processing
for example washing and rubing fastness of the color.
