Synprocess (India) Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading
Process Houses of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Established in year
2001 by Mr. L. N. Agrawal formely engaged in the business
of coal trading. Thereafter, in the year 1983
he took over a loss making running unit, namely M/s. Chamunda
Tap Nirodhak, which was manufacturing Insulating Refectory
Materials [IRM]. It has now been converted into a profit-making
unit. The unit has cleared the dues and the working capital
limit of the of the bank. The IRM are produced in India only
at two places, one at Bhilwara in Rajasthan and second at
Dhanbad in Jharkhand. The Company is approved supplier to
all the major steel plants of India, namely Bhilai Steel Plant,
Bokaro Steel Plant etc. The approved supplier status is awarded
after very strict and through testing of the material produced
and supplied by the Company.
Thereafter Mr. Agrawal established a new Processing Unit
with latest machinery and art of management. The quality
of the fabric mainly depends on the refining process of
the processing unit. There are more than 350 units that
are manufacturing the fabrics in Bhilwara. Presently, there
are only 20 process house in Bhilwara. Now, because of competitive
rates and quality being offered by the process houses of
Bhilwara, the fabric from even Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Gorakhpur,
Devas, Delhi & Punjab also comes to processing unit
of Bhilwara.
We use one of best Dyes & Chemicals for processing
of fabrics. We also provide good services and best satisfaction
according to the demand of customer. Our is the new unit
and all machinary are new and purchase from reputed suppliers. |
